Road to Victory Military Museum is
registered 501 C3 not for profit agency. Its mission is to honor and pay
tribute to all the brave men and women who have served, and are presently
serving our country in the Armed Forces. By the display of historical
artifacts, uniforms, militaria, photographs, and vehicles both historical and
personal, we are able to pay homage to these heroes while informing and
educating the public of their noble endeavors and our freedoms as
Americans.
In many communities across the nation, museums have become
trusted caretakers and sources of knowledge, serving the community in its
exploration of history and experiences; generating ideas and inspiration. Our
veterans were witness to history, they also made history and a museum provides
permanent record and common ground for the community to learn that history.
Martin County and the City of Stuart are rich in its own WWII history and now
even more so with a museum and collection in the heart of the city.
Road to Victory Military Museum is located at 319 Stypmann
Ave, Stuart FL 34994. The City of Stuart generously provided the location
(behind Memorial Park) and also the building, a former WWII barracks from Camp
Murphy in Jonathon Dickinson Park. The museum is open to the public every
Saturday, 10am to 4pm and/or by appointment for school or veteran groups.
Groups of students and veterans are very welcome.
Join us on January 23 and January 24 for Operation Open House At the Museum in Memorial Park The
